    Dosage        - Half spoon each after lunch and dinner with water. Only use the spoon provided in the package.

5) Ingredients - Amla, Baheda, Harad. (Powdered  form like churna)

    Dosage        - Half spoon before sleeping at night with water. Only use the spoon provided in the package.

Spondox effect

Used spondox for 40days got relief gradually and even stopped all physio therapy activity. By 40 days was relieved of most discomfort excellent recovery except the referral discomfort around hip region that come after walking for half hour with tingling sensation down the left leg.
However the symptoms have relapsed after 2years.

Guys those who are suffering from cervical spondolysis and cervical spondylitis must give a chance for this medicine to work on your disesase , just by giving it a try.
Infact the amount for buying it is also not so huge.
I was indecisive for buying it whether it's going to work or not but I am really glad to share my personal experience that I got relief from cervical spondolysis symptoms almost 90 %.
